Stuart Osborn Investment Director - Europe

Stuart Osborn joined Arlington Advisors as Investment Director – Europe in March 2024, bringing 16 years of experience in the Living Sectors, with a focus on Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). He leads investment strategies across Europe, advising on acquisitions, disposals, forward fundings, joint ventures, and land transactions. Previously, Stuart was Head of European Living Sectors at Knight Frank, advising clients across Europe and coordinating the firm’s pan-European strategy. Before that, he led EMEA Student Housing at JLL, overseeing major portfolio and asset transactions across the UK and Europe.
